What changed, and when.

Material changes to what this site claims, what it says is built, and how it describes the company. Kept here so that saying something different later is visible rather than quiet.

1. 1 September 2026

   National evidence added, after checking it

   Added the AHRQ readmission figures and the 2024 follow-up meta-analysis to the problem page. Every number was checked against the primary source first: the adult rate is 14.0 per 100 from AHRQ Statistical Brief 307, not the 13.9 all-stays figure from Brief 304, and the meta-analysis covers four conditions with very high heterogeneity. Both caveats are printed next to their numbers. Also added trust and safety, accessibility, responsible disclosure, and this page.

2. 1 September 2026

   Company identity corrected

   The site had named the wrong company and implied a corporate relationship that does not exist. Corrected: Reviresco47, Inc. is the company, a Delaware corporation; RootBound Health PLLC is its first BAA-governed healthcare relationship and is not an owner, parent, subsidiary or operator. Investor contact consolidated to one address, and the founder name to one form.

3. 31 August 2026

   Section menus added to the navigation

   Each of the seven pages now carries its own table of contents in the header, linking to the sections inside it. The menus reuse the takeaways that run down each page's left margin, so the menu and the page say the same thing. No page was added, removed or renamed, and no address changed.

   Rewritten in plain language

   The whole site was rewritten for readers who do not work in hospital operations. Obligation became promise, section headings became things a person would say aloud, and every statistical gate gained a plain reading. No claim was softened.

5. 29 August 2026

   Restated as a venture, not a consumer product

   The site previously described a consumer price-transparency dashboard. It now describes what the company is actually building: coordination infrastructure, with ANCHOR as the first system. The transparency pages were removed.

6. 26 August 2026

   Evidence posture published

   Added the split between what works, what is only specified, what is not built, and what is unproven - plus the release gates and the premortem. This is the part of the site that is meant to survive someone checking it.

   Initial site, brand identity, and investor contact route.
